Sales Return Policy

All products purchased from SI Computers, can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund (except "As is" or clearance items).

There will be a 18% restocking fee on all returns.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by SI Computers.

All sales are final after 7 days.

No returns on "As is" or clearance items.

No returns on notebook parts or accessories.

This return policy does not apply to auction buys.
